Chris Raine is the founder and lead coordinator of Hello Sunday Morning. Hello Sunday Morning was originally set up as a blog about Chris' decision to give up alcohol for a year to see  if life was any good without drinking every weekend. Following the year of sobriety, Hello Sunday Morning developed organically into an online 3 month program for any Australian that is looking to develop a healthy relationship with alcohol and themselves. There are now over 100 Australians doing their own HSM and through the use of social media, The blog reaches over 22,000 people.
