This week ShelterBox, Changeover 15th June

James Purtell, 14/05/2007
It was a great meeting last week with a good turn out. Not only that, we had an excellent speaker in Cathy Kennaugh from EvoLife. Thank you also to our guest from Minimbah – it was a pleasure to handover $1000 to an organisation we plan to continue to support in whatever way we can. Also thanks to David Connell from North Ryde Rotary for bringing Judy (potential member) as well. Finally, thank you to all those who attended the District Assembly and John and Dee for their reports of the day. The only bit of bad news there was that we were singled out for the dubious honour of the Club with the lowest weekly attendance. Let’s try and fix that. Don’t forget – if you attend a Rotary function that is not our weekly meeting, be sure to let Frederick know so he can reflect that in our attendance figures.
