INCREASE YOUR NET WORTH & HELP OUR CLUB RAISE FUNDS AT THE SAME TIME !Dear Fellow Macquarie Park Rotarians, As you may know I am a mortgage & finance broker for residential, investment, and commercial business (even including renewable energy projects). It is a very simple concept that will help our club raise funds and at the same time help save money for those that take advantage of this offer: THE FUNDRAISING IDEAFor everyone in our club, or anyone referred to me, by a member of our club; *who borrows over $300,000, my company will donate $500 to our club; **if the loan amount is over $500,000, that donation will be raised to $750; ***if the loan amount is over $1,000,000, that donation will be raised to $1,000. If you or someone you know is looking for finance, this is the perfect opportunity to get a great offer and help our club out. If you or someone you know already has a mortgage, a commercial loan, or corporate finance commitment in place, we will offer a FREE Mortgage & Finance Health Check to evaluate the financial well being of the finance already in place. We already go to the doctor for a physical health check, so why not do the same for your finances. All of us want to stay healthy, right! By merely taking some time to review your current financial situation, we may be able to offer a finance package that will reduce the loan payments and overall debt commitment which is the same as putting extra money in your pocket.
